Dr. Aradhana Roy provides strategy, research, program management, and data analytics services as a Senior Advisor to 3SI.

Her work  includes concept development, program management and monitoring, due diligence, performance evaluation, program analytics, and financial and operational planning. Aradhana has worked extensively with agricultural development organizations. Her focus areas are knowledge access, input delivery, market access, and the use of innovative information and communication technologies to improve productivity and livelihoods. She is also experienced at rigorous empirical research, including the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data using a range of advanced statistical and modeling techniques to inform organizational decision-making.

In recent projects, Aradhana has worked on several engagements in the early learning field, including constructing and refining analytical models for financial and operational planning and management for Washington State’s Race to the Top Early Learning initiative.

Aradhana holds a PhD in Strategy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; a B.A. in Economics from Mount Holyoke College; and was a Visiting Student at Oxford University. Prior to receiving her PhD, she worked in product management, marketing, and business development roles at eGain, a software company based in the Silicon Valley. She has also worked as a financial analyst in the investment banking division of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., New York.
