Diana Grusczynski brings to 3SI an expertise in public policy and finance to help organizations improve program performance. She is an experienced consultant who utilizes data to inform public policy, assess investment alternatives, and foster market development. Diana right-sizes project evaluation for a range of interventions, institutional settings, and budgets utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods.

Until 2012, she worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation on the Global Development team.  From 1995-2006, she worked in Colombia in finance and government.

She holds a BA in finance from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s in Economics from the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), and a GIS certificate from Pennsylvania State University.  She is a native Spanish and English speaker, fluent in Portuguese, and speaks intermediate/gets by in French.
