3Si is a partner in ECDataWorks, which provides innovative opportunities for collaborating states to improve the delivery and use of their early childhood data among state policymakers and practitioners.
This multi-year project is supported by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and conducted by the University of Pennsylvania’s Consortium for Policy Research in Education, in collaboration with leading experts in the field, including 3Si.
3Si is assessing the Utah Department of Health’s (UT DOH) technical and administrative capacity. 3Si is also assisting UT DOH with implementing a Community Assessment Tool, a dynamic, web-based tool that employs data from UT DOH’s Early Childhood Integrated Data System, the U.S. census, and other public data sources.
3Si is supporting the Texas Education Agency in implementing the Texas Ready Communities, Ready Schools, and Ready Students (TXR3) report. TXR3 will generate custom reports and visuals to provide insight about communities, schools, and students for decision-makers. TXR3 draws data from the Texas Education Agency’s Early Childhood Data System, the Texas Workforce Commission’s quality rating and improvement system for child care and early learning providers, and professional development data from the University of Texas’ Health Science Center at the Children’s Learning Institute.
3Si led development and implementation of the Community Assessment Tool with the Nebraska Department of Education, including development of formal Tool Feasibility and Tool Development Plans.
