Aradhana offers 3Si clients strategy, research, program management and monitoring, evaluation, financial and operational planning, and data analytics.
Aradhana collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data using advanced statistical and modeling techniques to inform organizational decision-making. Recent projects include performing a study of the major factors that influenced the quality, magnitude, and completeness of Seattle Preschool Program information and data. Aradhana was instrumental in constructing analytical models to support the statewide implementation of Washington State’s Race to the Top Early Learning initiative and the Early Start Act. She conducted an assessment of Washington State child care subsidy caseload forecasting methods and an analysis of the diversity and K-5 career aspirations of early learning staff for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Prior to receiving her PhD, Aradhana worked in product management, marketing, and business development roles at eGain, a software company based in the Silicon Valley. She has also worked as a financial analyst in the investment banking division of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc.
Aradhana holds a PhD in Strategy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; a BA in Economics from Mount Holyoke College; and was a Visiting Student at Oxford University.
