Dr. Aradhana Roy

Aradhana leads all product strategy, design, development, and delivery initiatives at 3Si. She also works directly with 3Si clients on their early childhood data strategy, research, and data projects to inform evidence-based policy and decision-making.

Aradhana has over a decade’s experience of working with states, cities, and philanthropies on early childhood strategy, research, data analytics, financial modeling, and program evaluation. At 3Si, Aradhana has led a series of projects with state agencies and their early childhood and philanthropic partners, including the implementation of a statewide early learning quality rating and improvement system, child care subsidy forecasting, program monitoring and evaluation, and the design and implementation of early childhood integrated data systems.

Prior to 3Si, Aradhana worked for several years as a consultant for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, notably on investments related to the design, implementation, and scaling of information and communication technologies to improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers and communities in sub-Saharan Africa.

Aradhana has also worked in product management, business development, and partner management roles at eGain, a leading provider of customer engagement and knowledge management software based in the Silicon Valley. She has also worked as a financial analyst in the investment banking division of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., in New York.

Aradhana holds a PhD in Business Administration (Strategy) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; a BA in Economics from Mount Holyoke College; and was a Visiting Student at Oxford University.
