Asabea (Ah-sah-bee-ah) leverages her experience in research, analytics, and program evaluation to help 3Si clients.
Prior to joining 3Si, Asabea was an Economist and Research Analyst at a firm focusing on mixed-method program evaluation and impact evaluations for international development projects. She used her project management and research skills to manage large USAID-funded projects, program surveys, and analyze results. Asabea oversaw three baseline evaluation reports that set the groundwork for significant projects in both Madagascar and Ethiopia. Throughout her work, she developed skills in statistical analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, data visualization, and data wrangling. She has a passion for evidence-based approaches to help people solve problems.
Asabea holds an MA in Global Finance, Trade, and Economic Integration from the University of Denver’s Josef Korbel School of International Relations and a BA in Business Administration and Finance from North Carolina State University.
