As the Director of Finance and Administration, Kaytee is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of 3Si’s internal operations. She oversees the financial and administrative operations, including risk management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, contracts, and HR. Kaytee is an internal business partner, supporting 3Si’s mission and impact.
Kaytee has a near decade of experience in accounting, compliance, HR, and internal operations. Before joining 3Si, Kaytee operated as the Accounting Manager of an employee-owned communications firm, and prior to that was the Payroll/HR Administrator for a union construction company. In these roles, Kaytee succeeded in developing and implementing streamlined processes and policies, strengthening internal controls which reduced annual audit findings from 10+ to zero in her last role. Kaytee has extensive experience with government contracting, FAR compliance, overhead rate audits, payroll/HRIS system implementations, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), to name a few.
Kaytee earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Hospitality management from Cal Poly Pomona. She earned her SHRM-CP credential in 2023.
