Liz leverages her experience in research and analytics, project management, and program evaluation to support the work of 3Si clients.
Prior to joining 3Si, Liz was a consultant at a firm focusing on program evaluation and market research in the energy sector. There, she contributed to and managed research and program evaluations for clients representing utilities, nonprofits, and government agencies, providing key insights and actionable recommendations. Prior to her role as a consultant, Liz was a university professor where she directed a research laboratory and conducted rigorous research in social and health psychology. Her research focused on behavior change, medical decision-making, and inequity in healthcare. Throughout her work as a consultant and academic researcher, Liz developed key skills in statistics, quantitative and qualitative research methods, and project management.
Liz earned a PhD and MA in Psychology from the University of Arizona with a minor in Marketing from the Eller School of Management. She earned a BS in Psychology and BS in Sociology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
