Jamie Strausz-Clark

Jamie leads 3Si’s facilitation and stakeholder engagement practice. She helps clients identify and engage their stakeholders. The results are better policies and programs that reflect the interests and needs of the people they serve.

For over 20 years, Jamie has bridged decision-makers and the people affected by their decisions. She is an experienced facilitator: whether it is a commission, advisory committee, stakeholder committee, or multi-lingual community organization, Jamie helps groups identify common objectives and strategies to achieve those objectives. Jamie is also one of the foremost experts in analyzing the environmental justice effects of tolling, congestion pricing, and all-electronic toll collection systems.

Prior to joining 3Si, Jamie led Facilitation and Public Involvement at PRR. Recent projects include evaluating the effects of all-electronic toll collection and express toll lanes on low-income and limited-English proficient populations, facilitating a funding commission for a major regional trail, convening stakeholders to improve education outcomes for homeless and foster youth, and building consensus among diverse groups around a community health improvement plan.

Jamie holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
