Joelle helps 3Si clients with program evaluation, assisting them on the journey from articulating goals and objectives to enhancing program effectiveness.
Joelle has worked in evaluation for nearly 20 years. She brings expertise in mixed-methods quantitative research to her projects. At 3Si, she has worked with the Washington Department of Children, Youth, and Families; Seattle Department of Education and Early Learning; City of Chicago; and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to drive positive outcomes for children and their families. Recently, Joelle led a project to assess the educational needs and existing qualifications of the early learning workforce.
Prior to joining 3Si, she designed an evaluation strategy for the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, measured the impact of college preparation programs at Metis Associates, worked on statewide policy education evaluations at Policy Studies Associates, and conducted a qualitative study of outcomes for the Robin Hood Foundation.
Joelle holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a BA from the University of Chicago. She is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow.
